PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Commissioners of the County of Iron, State of Utah, will hold a Public Meeting in Commission Chambers at the Iron County Courthouse, 68 South 100 East, Parowan, Utah on Monday, the 14^th day of January 2008, at the hour of 9:00 o'clock a.m.

  9:00 A.M.      PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE, COMMISSIONER REPORTS, APPROVE MINUTES, APPROVE WARRANTS, ETC.

 9:50 A.M.       REORGANIZE COMMISSION AND DESIGNATE ASSIGNMENTS

10:00 A.M.     CLOSED SESSION: in accordance with Utah Code 52-4 et. seq. for the purpose of a strategy session to discuss pending or reasonably imminent litigation.
