PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Commissioners of the County of Iron, State of Utah, will hold a Public Meeting in Commission Chambers at the Iron County Courthouse, 68 South 100 East, Parowan, Utah on Monday, the 12th day of October 2009, at the hour of 9:00 o'clock a.m.

  1:30 P.M.       PUBLIC HEARING FOR AN AGRICULTURE PROTECTION AREA. The proposed Agricultural Protection Area is located 8 parcels located within Section 31, T 35 S, R 16 W, SLM and Sections 25 and 36, T 35 S, R 17 W, SLB& M; Total 614.94 Acres m/l.
