Consideration of a Resolution of the Governing Board of the Municipal Building
Authority of Iron County, Utah (The "Authority") Authorizing and Approving the
Execution by the Authority of an Annually Renewable Lease Agreement, Dated as of
November 1, 2001, by and Between the Authority and Iron County, Utah (The "County");
Authorizing the Issuance and Sale by the Authority of its Lease Revenue Bonds, Series
2001b, in the Aggregate Principal Amount of $1,143,750; Authorizing the Execution by
the Authority of a Master Resolution, Security Documents, and Other Documents
Required in Connection Therewith; Authorizing the Acquisition And/or Construction of a
Building to House Offices and Treatment Facilities of the Southwest Utah Public Health
Department and Related Improvements; Authorizing the Taking of All Other Actions
Necessary to the Consummation of the Transaction Contemplated by this Resolution; and
Related Matters.

Consideration of a Resolution of the Governing Board of the Municipal Building Authority of Iron County, Utah (The "Authority") Authorizing and Approving the Execution by the Authority of an Annually Renewable Lease Agreement, as Amended by a Second Amendment to Lease Agreement, Dated as of December 1, 2001, by and Between the Authority and Iron County, Utah (The "County"); Authorizing the Issuance and Sale by the Authority of its Lease Revenue Bonds, Series 2001, in the Aggregate Principal Amount of $1,000,000; Authorizing the Execution by the Authority of a Second Supplemental Indenture, First Amendment to Ground Lease, Security Documents, and Other Documents Required in Connection Therewith; Authorizing the Acquisition, Construction and Equipping of a Public Safety Facility for Minimum Security Inmates and Related Improvements; Authorizing the Taking of All Other Actions Necessary to the Consummation of the Transaction Contemplated by this Resolution; and Related Matters
