PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Commissioners of the County of Iron, State of Utah, will hold a Public Meeting in Commission Chambers at the Iron County Courthouse, 68 South 100 East, Parowan, Utah on Monday, the 11^th day of December 2006, at the hour of 9:00 o'clock a.m.

AGENDA

  9:00 A.M.      PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE, COMMISSIONER REPORTS, APPROVE MINUTES, APPROVE WARRANTS, ETC.

10:00 A.M.     CLEAN OUR CANYONS - Requesting help with garbage removal from some of their clean up sites. Also requesting help with an upcoming event. Represented by Carin Miller.

10:15 A.M.     EXECUTIVE SESSION: in accordance with Utah Code 52-4 et. seq. for the purpose of a strategy session to discuss pending or reasonably imminent litigation.

10:30 A.M.     CHARLIE MORRIS WITH EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT AND PARKS AND RECREATION.
