PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Commissioners of the County of Iron, State of Utah, will hold a Public Meeting in Commission Chambers at the Iron County Courthouse, 68 South 100 East, Parowan, Utah on Monday, the 22^th day of December 2008 at the hour of 9:00 o'clock a.m.

  9:00 A.M.      PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE, COMMISSIONER REPORTS, APPROVE MINUTES, APPROVE WARRANTS, ELECTED OFFICIALS REPORTS, ETC.

10:00 A.M.     PUBLIC HEARING - 2009 FINAL BUDGET HEARING

The purpose of said hearing is to review the proposed budget of Iron County being considered for adoption for calendar year 2009. Persons interested in commenting on the proposed budget should appear in person at the time and place aforementioned. A copy of the proposed budget is available for public inspection during regular business hours at the office of the Iron County Auditor, 68 South 100 East, Parowan, Utah.

10:30 A.M      PUBLIC HEARING - 2008 BUDGET AMENDMENTS

The purpose of said hearing is to review amendments to the 2008 budget of Iron County. Anyone wishing to be heard on this subject should appear at the time and place aforementioned. A copy of the tentative proposed budget amendment is available for public inspection during regular business hours at the office of the Iron County Auditor, Iron County Courthouse, 68 South 100 East, Parowan, Utah.

It has also been posted to the State of Utah Public Notice Website this 16^th day of December 2008 and have caused a copy to be delivered to the Spectrum/Daily News, newspaper with general circulation within Iron County.
