PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Commissioners of the County of Iron, State of Utah, will hold a Public Meeting in Commission Chambers at the Iron County Courthouse, 68 South 100 East, Parowan, Utah on Monday, the 7^th day of December 2009, at the hour of 9:00 o'clock a.m.

10:00 A.M.     PUBLIC HEARING - The purpose of said hearing is to review the proposed budget of Iron County being considered for adoption for calendar year 2010. Persons interested in commenting on the proposed budget should appear in person. Written comments may be submitted.

10:45 A.M.     RESTAURANT TAX BOARD - Consideration of Funding Requests for 2010 Budget Year.
