PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Commissioners of the County of Iron, State of Utah, will hold a Public Meeting in Commission Chambers at the Iron County Courthouse, 68 South 100 East, Parowan, Utah on Monday, the 23^rd Day of January 2012 at the hour of 9:00 o'clock a.m.

            1.         MUNICIPAL BUILDING AUTHORITY OF IRON COUNTY, UTAH, PUBLIC HEARING adopted a resolution (the “Resolution”) declaring its intention to issue its Taxable Lease Revenue Bonds, Series 2012 pursuant to the Utah Local Building Authority Act, Title 17D, Chapter 2, Utah Code Annotated 1953, as amended, and the Local Government Bonding Act, Title 11, Chapter 14, Utah Code Annotated 1953, as amended, and calling a public hearing to receive input from the public with respect to the issuance of the Bonds, and related matters.

            6.         DWR DELIVERY OF PILT PAYMENT. Presented by Grant Messerly, Regional Supervisor.

            7.         REMOVE DELINQUENT TAXES. PROPERTY SUBJECT TO 2012 MAY TAX SALE. CANNOT SELL LEASED BLM LAND. Requested by Geri Norwood, Iron County Treasurer.

            8.         DISPOSING OF REFRIGERATORS/FREEZERS FOR A FEE AT THE LANDFILL. Presented by Jaren Scott, Iron County Landfill Supervisor.
