NOTICE OF PROPOSED TAX INCREASE BRIAN HEAD
The BRIAN HEAD is proposing to increase its property tax
revenue.
- The BRIAN HEAD tax on a $153,577 residence would
increase from $357.29 to $386.18, which is $28.89 per
year.
- The BRIAN HEAD tax on a $153,577.00 business would
increase from $649.63 to $702.15 which is $52.52 per
year.
- If the proposed budget is approved, BRIAN HEAD would
increase its property tax budgeted revenue by 7.99%
above last year's property tax budgeted revenue
excluding new growth.
BRIAN HEAD property tax revenue from new growth and
other sources will increase from $1,001,361.00 to
$1,081,368.88.
All concerned citizens are invited to a public hearing on
the tax increase.
