What We Do
The mission of the Iron County Attorney’s Office is to pursue justice, to safeguard the community by demanding accountability for those who commit crimes, to effectively advocate on behalf of the victims of crime, promote the safety and security of the County’s citizens, and thereby enhance the quality of life in our County. We will provide excellent legal advice and services to the governing bodies and Elected officials of Iron County. We will aggressively and ethically advocate the cause of justice and its administration. We will strive to work with the law abiding citizens of Iron County and all law enforcement agencies for the improvement of and the achievement of these goals.
The Iron County Attorney’s Office, because it is a prosecuting agency, does not provide legal advice.
Iron County Victim Services
Victim Services offers support to victims of violent crimes during the criminal prosecution of the offender. They act as a liaison between you and the Deputy County Attorney handling your case. To learn more about your rights as a victim of crime, see the Victim’s Rights page.
